cancellation fee = 50% of the item price

late payment fee = 20 pesos per day

feta, semi-feta and neta orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. i kindly ask for your patience. (will also update from time to time)

unclaimed items for over a month will be up for sale again and no refunds will be given. (if you still want to claim your order/s, the fee is 50 pesos)

i will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by the courier once it is in transit as this is beyond my control. however, i will ensure secure packaging to keep it safe.

if there are missing/wrong items kindly inform me and send the unedited unboxing video.

joy reservers, bogus, and rude buyers will be blocked and reported. please refrain from making a purchase if you are uncertain.

lastly, please ensure the confidentiality of our transactions. i kindly request proper disposal of the waybill to prevent scams.
